SCS project outcomes shows the need to create a linkage between First Chance Schools (traditional primary- secondary schools, vocational training centers, etc.) and “our“ Second Chance School and to promote dialogue and partnership at local level – between the various economic players, voluntary and community associations and public authorities, to prevent the halting of the development of the project. To prevent this from happening, these parties have to accept to work together and pool all the human and material resources at their command. Company sponsoring of schools, agreements between our school and employers, and the development of educational practice-based methods are just some of the ways that excluded youth can gain better access to obtain know-how and meet satisfactory levels of qualifications, within an appropriate teaching environment. How this can be accomplished we discovered through cooperation with three experienced partners from Sweden.
