Online Meeting in Cork, Ireland
On Monday 14th June and on Tuesday 15th June 2021 was held the online meeting in Cork where 28 participants from our project partners took part.
The EXPROM Project Consortium was composed of five diverse organizations from across the European Union. These included EDUCA International o.p.s. (Czech Republic), Ljudska Univerza Radovljica (Slovenia), Vaasan Yliopisto (Finland), Centro Publico de Education de Personas Adultas Miguel Hernandez (Spain), and the Social and Health Education Project (Ireland). Each organization has a strong and proven history in adult education and a significant commitment to addressing emerging challenges in motivation and counseling.
The project involved visits to each partner country, facilitating direct exchange of experiences. During these visits, the host country invited 10 staff members to participate in workshops and training sessions.
The outcome of this collaboration among diverse institutions was mutual exchange of experiences. The goal was not to produce a formal document but rather to compile insights for each participant’s future use.
Three key areas of the project:
1. Strengthening initiatives focused on integrating people into educational and training services.
2. Improving strategies and methods for guiding support access to the acquisition and implementation of certified courses for individuals at risk of marginalization.
3. The third key area is the expansion of new methods to achieve, guide, and motivate teachers in enhancing competencies and professional qualifications.
The training took place on November 26-28, 2018 in Slovenia. For more information, please visit Facebook Educa International.
