Valentin Raczka
At Educa International I was given the opportunity to work as Social Media Trainee for three and a half months and was granted by the Erasmus+ programme. I did the traineeship as part of my Master’s programme Culture – Language – Media in Flensburg, Germany. I learned many new skills in the field of social media, promoting Educa’s activities there. I consider these very helpful for my future career options, as I want to work in a cultural institution and social media skills are increasingly needed there.
Besides the traineeship, I had a great time exploring the beautiful city of Prague. It was my first time here and I enjoyed the cultural experiences, the sightseeing, and meeting new people from all over the world.

Our trainee Mrs. Kristýna Javorská was selected among 6 participants within the DZS AWARDS 2023 – Erasmus+ Traineeship with the whole family in Ghent, Belgium
“Kristýna Javorská is a veterinarian for exotic animals. At the same time, she is a student of the doctoral program at the Department of Veterinary Disciplines at the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, and planned an internship abroad as part of her study program.
She chose the Clinic for Exotic Animals at the University of Ghent in Belgium. The student has a two-year-old daughter and managed to go to the internship together with her, her husband and their dog. Kristýna gained very valuable knowledge and experience for the performance of her profession as a veterinarian with a focus on exotic animals, especially reptiles.
She now uses this experience while working in a veterinary clinic. She also talks about the fact that the stay brought her family closer together. Her internship can therefore mean inspiration for other young families with children.”
