Oliwia Pololáník recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Luxury Business and is spending the summer as a Social Media Trainee at Educa International, o.p.s. She supports the organisation’s digital outreach through content creation, online engagement, and marketing campaigns. After her internship, Oliwia will begin a master’s in Digital Marketing at the University of Malta, aiming to merge her background in fashion and luxury with cutting-edge digital strategies in an international context.

Onyekachi John Didia is a second-year student pursuing dual Bachelor’s degrees in Programming and Multimedia at SMK University of Applied Sciences in Vilnius, Lithuania, and in Computer Science at the University of the People. He has over four years of experience in technical support and web development, along with growing expertise in cybersecurity. Onyekachi has joined Educa International as a Web Design Trainee through the Erasmus+ Traineeship program for three months. He is particularly excited to apply his design skills and WordPress expertise to enhance Educa’s digital platforms while working in an international environment.

During his traineeship, Onyekachi will be involved in organising the June 2025 Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). He will also contribute to web design tasks, communicate with IT and partner institutions, podcast productions, social media management, and support digital marketing efforts. His background in resolving technical issues and managing e-commerce platforms positions him well for these collaborative tasks. Onyekachi looks forward to working in an international environment and further developing his skills in event organisation and multimedia production.

Ángel Molla is a student from Spain, currently enrolled in a Vocational Education and Training (VET) program in Microcomputer Systems and Networks at Batoi in Alcoy. He is eager to expand his knowledge and improve his English in an international environment, which is why he chose this company. He believes it offers the ideal setting for both personal and professional growth.

Throughout his studies, Ángel has built a solid foundation in technology. He is particularly motivated by the opportunity to improve his language skills while working on practical projects related to his field. Ángel views this experience as a valuable chance to face new challenges, develop his skills, and learn from a diverse team.

Hana Mahmoud is a third-year student of the Banking study program at ŠKOLA EU PRAHA,
střední odborná škola a gymnázium. She is currently completing a one-month internship at
Educa International where she will be involved in work with social media, marketing and project
preparation. During her internship, she aims to gain new knowledge and experience outisde her
study field. She enjoys learning new things and new languages. She speaks Czech and English.

Miloš Aleksandrović is a second-year student at the Academy of Technical and Applied Arts in Belgrade, majoring in New Computer Technology. His passion for web development led him to ITBootcamp, where he gained advanced Frontend skills. Through the Erasmus+ program, he is currently interning at Educa International, working on web administration, optimization, and digital content management. Always eager to learn and improve his English, he sees this as a chance to gain valuable international experience and grow in web development.

Leefke Levsen is doing her master´s degree in the intercultural study program “Culture-Language-Media” at the University of Flensburg in northern Germany. She is doing an Erasmus + traineeship of two months at Educa International o.p.s. to engage in social media, podcast production and website management. Her bachelor´s degree in educational sciences, makes her suitable for working for an NGO specifically in the education sector. She speaks German, English and Spanish.

Valentin Raczka is studying for the master’s degree ‘Culture – Language – Media’ at the University of Flensburg. The study programme is focused on intercultural contact and processes, making EDUCA a perfect organization for him to do a traineeship abroad. He is working as a social media trainee for three and a half months at EDUCA. He speaks German and English.

Kateryna Murakhtanova is a 4th-year student of Mass Media Communication and Advertising at the Faculty of Arts, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. She is currently completing a two-month internship with EDUCA International as part of the Erasmus+ programme, where she will engage in social media, podcast production, and website management. Fluent in Slovak, English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Oryna Martiushenko is 5th year student at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra at the Department of Mass Media Communication and Advertising. She is completing a two-month internship at Educa International as a part of the Erasmus+ programme and will be involved in work with social media, podcasts and websites. She speaks Ukrainian, English, Slovak, Russian.

Nina Mišániová is studying for a master’s degree at the Faculty of Arts at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, majoring in Marketing Communication and Advertising. She is currently completing a two-month internship at EDUCA International and will be involved in work with social media and podcasts. She speaks Slovak and English.

Zuzana Vargová is a 4th year student at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra at the Department of Mass Media Communication and Advertising. She is completing a two-month internship at Educa International as part of the Erasmus+ programme. In this company, she will be involved in the work with social networks, podcasts and websites. She speaks Slovak and English.

Klaudia Matiaskova is a recent graduate of the Master’s degree at the Faculty of Arts at the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, where she studied marketing communication and advertising. During her studies, she managed to study three times within the Erasmus programme. She first studied at Charles University as a bachelor’s degree and then twice at University College Prague during her master’s degree. She fell in love with Prague and decided to come here even after finishing her studies for a graduate internship at EDUCA. She works in our team as an intern in the field of social media and marketing.

Recently, she participated in a European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering project at an organisation in Wroclaw, Poland. During her volunteering experience, she enhanced social, personal, and professional skills, which motivated her to go further with her professional journey by participating in the Erasmus+ placement program through her home university. Currently, she is an MBA graduate from the University of Nicosia with an interest in marketing-social media and project management/coordination. She also participated in a Local Solidarity project, where she obtained social media skills as a social media coordinator. Her career goal is to work in an organization where she can help a community with their development. So, now, she is working as a social media trainee with project management/coordination tasks at Educa International, o.p.s

A recent graduate of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, in the Music and Sound Design programme. During her studies at the university she completed the internship in Macedonia in the recording
studio F.A.M.E.'S. Recording studio for two consecutive years, followed by the Erasmus+ study programme at the University of Zielona Gora in Poland. She is responsible for the production of the EDUCA On Spot Abroad podcast. In addition, she is the creator of a music industry and CZ&SK scene podcast called Termostat Space.

Valentina Jović is currently completing her final year of study at the Academy of Technical and Art Applied Studies in Belgrade. She is also gaining practical experience as a part-time web developer at a marketing agency. Recently, Valentina started an internship at Educa International, where she will be involved in website redesign and development projects. Valentina finds the company culture at Educa International, o.p.s. very welcoming and inclusive, and she had a highly positive experience during her time there. She admires their dedication to supporting young people and fostering growth and innovation. With a genuine enthusiasm for web design and development, Valentina is eager to continue learning and growing in this field.

I’m currently studying for a BTS SAM (to become an assistant manager) at the Lycée Philippine-Duchesne in La Tronche. To get my diploma, I’m doing a two-month Erasmus+ internship at Educa International. At Educa I’m taking part in the project with 2nd Chance School and I’m mainly in charge of communication with the French school.

I did my bachelor’s degree in radio, television and cinema at Aydın Adnan Menderes University in Turkey. I am currently doing my master’s degree in the same department at Ege University. At the same time, I am working as an intern responsible for social media content at educa international with the Erasmus+ program I participated in during my education. I was already working as a social media content producer and video editor in Turkey. It is very exciting for me to consolidate this experience in a beautiful European country and gain new experiences.I am very excited and happy to have the opportunity to stay and gain experience in Prague, a wonderful city.

My name is Mansi Mishra and I am thrilled to share with you the enriching journey of my traineeship. She is currently intern at Educa International,o.p.s. responsible for social media content and podcast. The opportunity enabled me to gain valuable insights into the field of social media content production whilst being situated in one of Europe's most vibrant cities – Prague, Czech Republic. At EDUCA O.P.S International, I was exposed to a plethora of learning opportunities that allowed me to broaden my knowledge base and hone new skills pertinent to this dynamic industry.
Furthermore, this experience has been particularly meaningful as it resonated immensely with both personal and academic pursuits. Having embarked on a second bachelor program specializing in European culture and society from Europa Universität Flensburg has created an alignment between theoretical concepts learned within academia and their practical application during the traineeship program. In conclusion, words cannot express how grateful I am for such an exhilarating experience that not only equipped me professionally but also personally uplifted me.
